A4:Normally our MOQ for each electric product is 3000pcs, for some special production we also can supply MOQ 500pcs.

A5:Quality is the most important for us, we always pay high attention to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end,

most of our production has approved by UKAS, CCC,UL,CE EMC,PSE etc.

Q6:Will you supply samples for test the quality?

A6:We are honored to offer you samples,the sample charge and shipping cost will be pay by buyer.We can refund the money when you

place the order.

Q7: Do you accept OEM OR ODM order?
A7: We warmly welcome OEM and ODM order, we will sign NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with you for protecting your original design.

Q8: How can you guarantee the quality of your products?
A8: Quality is our priority, Our QC team will take strict rules to inspect all the steps from the raw material, parts, motor, assembling, packing and finished products. We usually have a one-year warranty for our product.

Q9: What are your payment terms?
A9: TT(30% deposit and 70% before shippment), LC, Paypal, Western Union,etc.

Q10: What’s the lead time for mass production?
A10: Depends on the quantity, usually, 15-35 days after receive the deposit.

Q11: How long can I receive samples?
A11: After receive the sample charge (the sample charge will be refunded or deducted from the first order), the samples will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the samples are in stock, they will be delivered within 2 days. If the samples are specified as your request, we will arrange the new production for you specified samples and It takes 7-10 days.

Q12: How long do you offer for after-sales services?
A12: 12 months, and we do provide life time maintenance, but you bear all cost.
